Simple bulk herbs that may help balance hormones. Add some raw honey to balance out the tartness!

Ingredients

1 tbsp raspberry leaf

1 tbsp red clover leaf

½ tbsp dried hibiscus

1 tsp nettle leaf


Instructions:

1. If adding to a tea pot, break up cinnamon sticks to fit. Add all other ingredients.

2. If you don’t have a tea pot, add all ingredients to a small pot and bring water to boil.

3. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes.
