Splash into summer with a carrot smoothie that works as an internal sunscreen to protect your skin and prevent premature aging.

Ingredients

1 cup coconut water

1 carrot (cut into chunks)

1 frozen banana (cut into chunks)

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

2 tablespoons coconut butter

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg

1/4 yellow raisins 

1/4 teaspoon camu camu powder 

1/4 inch segment ginger root (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup ice cubes


Instructions

Place all ingredients, except for the ice cubes, in a high-speed blender; process until smooth and creamy.

Add the ice cubes and process again. Drink super cold.
