How It Works


CREATE AN ACCOUNT & SHOP

Sign up for a free account. Please note that even if you have a myCNF membership you will need to create a new account for home delivery and pick up.

 

DELIVERY AREA

We are doing deliveries within the Calgary city limits only.

$10 fee for deliveries


CURBSIDE PICK UP

Available at all store locations and is free every day.

 
CHECKOUT

Place, change or cancel your order anytime until 3 PM one day before your delivery or pick up day.


As long as you place your order before the 3PM

cutoff, your order will be delivered or ready for pick up the following day.  We will send an email when your order is ready
for pick up.


All sale items will include the 10% myCNF membership discount. Unfortunately we are unable to offer the senior's discount online.

INSTRUCTIONS

Home Delivery orders will be delivered 7 days a week, including holidays. Our main delivery window is between 10am - 7pm. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please add them to the Delivery Instructions section on the checkout page.

 

Pick ups are available from 10am-5pm. Please pull into a stall marked pickup at the front of the store. Call the number and a Community Natural Foods clerk will come out and put your groceries in your trunk.
