We were obsessed with cheese balls as kids, but once we started paying attention to the ingredients in those fluorescent poppers, our appetites disappeared. So we decided to make our own, using heirloom corn for the crunchy puff, organic cheese and color that comes from paprika. This is a cheese ball we can feel good about munching on!
