Key flavours: Haskap berries, spices (star anise, cinnamon, clove, allspice, black peppercorn), orange (zest & fresh squeezed juice). Apple cider vinegar & chili add some acidity & sharpness. Token Calder Chai bitters to round off the flavour profile.
